It's easy to get fixed into an idea of what a meditation practice should feel like, should look like, should be like. Our thinking mind is so hungry to make sense of the world, it jumps at the chance to categorise and define. In our practice today, we asked the question - what is it like to notice our noticing? Can we touch something of the essence of a moment, before thinking catches it and makes it something else? Can we stay in the fluidity of being and notice how momentary that is and how quickly we bring our rigid mind-based structure to that? It's funny after a while, as we notice the relentless need to make something of the moment. How busy we are! I hope you are supported by our practice.
