Welcome to this tapping sequence.
I invite you to simply follow along.

It doesn't matter.
EFT,
Emotional Freedom Technique,
Were also called tapping as a wonderful tool to work on specific issues to relax your nervous system.
And this particular sequence today is focused on self-acceptance.
No matter how much you've worked on yourself,
How long you've been on the journey.
This inner critical voice keeps showing up sometimes.
And there's also something that I call the spiritual inner critic,
Meaning that when you do grow and when you work on yourself and you face.
Certain deeper layers and your childhood trauma and your inner critic even.
As you grow,
Your inner critic grows with you and it develops something that I call the spiritual inner critic.
It criticizes you for not being further along,
That you should know better.
And sometimes you do know better.
You might do things that,
No,
Are not good for you.
And even though you understand it.
And fall back,
Then it's easy to judge yourself.
So I'm going to bring all this into the field and you can use it in whichever way it resonates with you.
You can even tune into your own issue right now because this is a generic and general tapping.
So it's not very specific.
But you can set the intention to focus on one specific issue that it's very dominant for you right now.
So you can take a moment,
Take a breath.
Bring your energy back in,
Come back to center.
Relax your body,
Drop your shoulders.
And tune into what's moving.
Inside of you right now.
Or tune into if there's something specific you want to use this tapping sequence for.
So the subconscious mind and the healing intelligence.
Will grab and the tapping will be more personalized for you.
Simply trust the process.
Take a deep breath.
Tap on the side of your hand.
And it doesn't matter if you tap with your right hand,

Even though I feel insecure right now.
I deeply and completely Accept the way I feel.
Even though I still sometimes judge myself.
I choose to be in acceptance right here,
Right now.
Even though it's sometimes hard to love myself.
I'm open to the possibility.
That I can love myself anyway.
Even though there are parts in me,
That I'm having a hard time accepting.
I love and accept myself anyway.
I choose to be kind.
I choose to be gentle.
Because I want to be that free.
Tap on the top of your head.
Take a deep breath.
Keep tapping along with me.
All my insecurities.
They're showing up sometimes.
And I judge myself for it.
This is old programming.
A voice.
That keeps telling me that I'm not good enough.
That I'm not doing enough.
That I should know better.
I choose to be kind to myself in this very moment.
It is okay that I feel insecure sometimes.
I choose to love all these parts in me.
The insecurity.
The doubts.
The anxious parts.
Everything is allowed.
Everything can be loved.
And accept it.
Hmm.
All this old programming that is in my system.
Operating.
Hidden sometimes.
Sometimes obvious.
I choose to love and accept myself anyway.
I choose to love and accept the parts in me that I neglect.
I choose to love and accept the parts that I don't like.
I choose to love and accept all of me.
I choose to love and accept myself.
Because I am lovable,
Beautiful.
And it's okay that I don't feel like this all the time.
I'm a complex being.
With a lot of different emotions.
A lot of different programming experiences.
Hormones,
Things happen in my life and sometimes I feel more insecure.
And that's okay.
I'm choosing to treat myself.
Like I would treat my best friend with love and kindness.
Love and kindness.
For all that is moving in me.
I don't need to be perfect,
Even though a part of me is telling me that I need to be perfect to be loved.
It's an old program.
A belief.
And even though I know intellectually.
That that is not true.
It is still stored in my system.
So I'm choosing to clear.
This belief that I need to be perfect to be loved.
I need to be perfect to be loved.
Do I?
Really?
I wonder if this is really true This is old programming.
An old protection mechanism that I do not need anymore.
I am loved.
I am lovable.
I am loving.
And I choose.
To love and accept myself,
Not only in the good times,
But especially.
When I'm struggling.
When it's not easy.
When things are not going.
The way I wanted them to go.
I choose to love and accept myself right here,
Right now.
Right here,
Right now.
And I clear any blocks to self-love from every cell of my body.
From every gland and organ.
Clearing it on a cellular level.
From Body,
Mind and Spirit.
And so it be.
And so it be.
I choose peace.
Take a deep breath.
You can also close your eyes if that feels.

Wait for you and simply tune into the subtle energies.
That I'm moving.
Within and around you.
Take a deep breath.
And with your next inhale you bring the energy up to the top of your head Also where the center of the crown is,
The crown chakra.
Focus on the top of your head.
And imagine you open the crown as if you would open a beautiful lotus flower that is on top of your head.
You open it up to the sun.
The sky.
Reaching up to a higher.
Vibration,
Something that is above your head.
Above your body.
A higher source.
Higher consciousness.
You hire yourself.
And connect to that energy,
Connect to that essence above.
Beyond the logical mind.
Beyond the automatic thinking.
Beyond the programming.
And beliefs.
Connecting to the higher part of who you are.
If you like you can ask for support.
Call upon And you simply let that energy,
That higher frequency from above.
Pour down back into your head and into your body.
Filling up your body.
Letting it pour down all the way through the core through the spine down into your base Maybe you feel your feet on the ground.
Imagine you're growing roots into the soil,
Into the earth.
You solid.
Solid feet in the ground.
And connect it with your higher self at the same time Take another nice deep breath.
