Welcome to the Still Point Minute.

I created this series as a daily pause,

A place where you can step out of the noise of life and return to yourself.

Each episode is just 60 seconds,

A single moment of presence,

Reflection,

Or calm that you can carry with you into the rest of the day.

In a world that asks us to go faster,

Do more,

And push harder,

I believe we need reminders to slow down,

To breathe,

To notice,

To be.

And that's what this space is for.

Every week you'll explore a new theme,

Balance,

Compassion,

Clarity,

Wonder.

Some days,

It may be a breath practice,

Some days an affirmation,

Some days a gentle reminder to let go.

Each one is an invitation to return to what I call the Still Point,

The place inside you that is calm,

Centered,

And unshaken,

No matter what happens around you.

My hope is that these minutes become a ritual,

A way to ground yourself,

To remember your strength,

And to touch the quiet presence within you.
