Hello and welcome to this amazing audio.

My name is Sneha Shah.

I'm the director of ISRA and this audio is a gift to express our gratitude for following us and for believing in our work.

For all those of you who aren't familiar with doing affirmations,

I'm going to tell you what affirmations are and then give you some wonderful ones to use every day.

Exciting,

Isn't it?

So let's talk about what affirmations are.

Affirmations are actually very simple.

As Louise Hay says in a best-selling book,

You Can Heal Your Life,

That every thought we think and every word we speak is an affirmation.

Often a lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative,

Isn't it?

In fact,

Scientists have estimated that we have between 60,

000 to 90,

000 thoughts a day.

Amazing!

And most of them are habitually negative.

And then we wonder why our life is not turning out the way we want it.

After all,

Same thoughts will give us same results,

Isn't it?

Please realize that every complaint is also an affirmation or every time you feel like a victim or when you keep talking about what is wrong in your life,

You create more of those negative experiences.

All of our self-talk,

The dialogue that we have in ourself,

You know,

Which is continuously running,

That is also a stream of affirmations.

So you're using affirmations every moment whether you know it or not,

Positive or negative.

So if you feel that life isn't giving you what you want or you are not living the kind of life that you would really really desire or like,

Then what needs to happen is that you need to change the way you think and speak.

Negative affirmations will only create negative experiences.

It's that simple.

So let's talk about what doing affirmations means.

Doing affirmations is a wonderful practice of consciously making definite positive statements to create something in our life.

Often we keep saying I don't want this relationship or I don't want to work with this boss or I don't have enough money and the focus is on what we don't want or what we don't have rather than what we do want in our life.

So this ends up creating more and more of what we don't want.

Therefore what we need to do is start doing affirmations because that's when we begin to create what is it that we really want in our life.

Affirmations is like planting a seed in the soil of your mind.

What you sow is what grows,

Isn't it?

So when you plant the right seed of thought and nurture it consciously and you just keep doing it day after day,

You see amazing results.

So today is a new day and today is a day for you to make the necessary changes.

Today is the day for you to begin creating a wonderful joyous fulfilling life.

Today is the day for you to begin to release all your limitations whether conscious or unconscious.

Today is the day for you to know that you can change your life for the better.

So here are some powerful affirmations for you that you can practice every day.

Remember affirmations are short powerful positive statements which are expressed in the present tense.

So I'm going to say them now.

You can either repeat this in your mind or you can just close your eyes and allow the words to reach you.

Remember you can listen to this as often as you like.

So let's get started.

It is only a thought and a thought can be changed.

I easily choose thoughts that nourish me.

I use my thoughts to create exactly what I want.

All my life experiences are perfect for me.

I look forward to the adventures of the day knowing that only good lies before me.

I learn to relax and enjoy my life.

I let go of all fear and doubt and life becomes simple and easy for me.

I have unlimited potential.

I express myself with ease and confidence.

I am healthy and my body knows how to heal.

I begin each moment and each day with loads of gratitude and joy.

I enjoy each moment knowing that it is a precious gift.

I fill up my life with love and positivity.

I trust life and I am safe.

I rejoice in the ever-changing rhythm of my life.

I love myself.

I approve of myself just the way I am.

I am doing the best that I can and I'm learning and growing each day.

Today is a wonderful day and I choose to make it so.

All is well in my world and so it is.

Continue taking some deep breaths allowing yourself a moment of quietness knowing that every word is true for you.

Do these affirmations as often as you like.

Feel the shift in your energy.

Amplify the shift so that you can carry it within all through the day.
