Greetings.
Welcome to Five Minutes of Belonging.
I'm Sudhika.
Sometimes we lose touch with belonging through a life transition,
Through grief,
Through caregiving,
Through change or relationships.
Or simply the expectation we have inherited and never questioned.
These practices offer small ways to reconnect with our heart.
Or inner and outer worlds,
And all of life.
Over the next five days,
I'm inviting you into something very simple.
Five minutes a day for five days to practice belonging.
What if belonging isn't something that you have to earn?
What if it isn't something you finally find once you become the right version of yourself?
But something you can practice.
Something you can begin to feel and notice and cultivate right where you are.
Moot longing can be felt in many places.
In the body when you feel grounded.
In the heart when you allow yourself to feel.
In the mind when you make a little space around your thoughts.
In relationship.
When you let yourself truly be seen.
And in nature.
When you remember you're a part of something larger.
Sometimes before we can feel connected in the world around us.
We need a way to gently reconnect with ourselves.
So over these five days,
We'll explore five simple anchors.
Body,
Heart,
Mind,
Community,
And nature.
5 short practice you can return to again and again to come back to your center.
You may not be able to change the seasons or circumstances of your life.
You may not be able to make grief disappear.
I know exactly what comes next.
Or create belonging everywhere you go.
But what if five minutes a day could give you one small moment of connection with yourself?
My hope is in that these five days will solve your life.
Is that you might discover one or two practices that help you feel a little bit more grounded and more connected.
A moment of feeling your feet on the ground.
A moment of listening to the wisdom of your heart.
A moment of noticing.
The thoughts and stories of the mind without having to believe,
Fix,
Or identify with every single one of them.
One moment of being genuinely present with another person and allowing yourself to be seen.
One moment of remembering your interconnectedness with the living world.
What might begin to shift if you practice these small moments again and again?
From a place where you return and notice where belonging might already be present.
However belonging is showing up or not showing up in your life right now.
You are welcome to explore from exactly where you are.
Welcome to five days of belonging.
I look forward to practicing with you in day one.
