I invite you to settle into a comfortable position You may choose to remain in bed Lying down or seated Or somewhere else Allow your body to be fully supported Gently bring your awareness to the physical form Notice the position of your body and the contact points with a surface beneath you Tune into your body's temperature Feel any areas of warm or coolness Observe any sensation of heaviness or lightness Constriction or expansion Now direct your attention to the center of your chest Become aware of the subtle rhythm and the sound of your heart beating Feel the pulsation of life force in this area As you attune to this rhythm notice the silence between each beat Let your awareness dance between sound and silence Slowly let your attention drift to your ears Become aware of your ears registering these subtle sounds Bring your attention to your throat and mouth region Notice any taste lingering on your palate Sense the gentle touch of breath on your nasal passages Awakening the sense of touch throughout your entire body Next notice the sensation of your clothes against the surface of your skin Feel the temperature on your skin Gradually shift your attention to your arms Feel the energy flowing through them all the way to your fingertips Imagine this energy pulsating through your whole body Allow the mind to become aware of the entire body in its current position Behind your closed eyelids observe any color or patterns that may appear Acknowledging the sacred intelligence that allows your eyes to see Awakening to the sense of vision Bring your awareness to your legs Feel any sensations present Numbness,

Or heat Connect with the innate knowledge imprinted in the legs of movement Of stepping forward into your day Return your awareness to your mouth Focusing on your sense of taste Observe any sensations on the tongue or palate Allow the mind to become aware of the intelligence behind tasting Now bring your attention to your sense of smell Notice any fragrances in the air or the scent of your own breath at the back of your throat Let your mind awaken to the nasal region once more Appreciating the intelligence that allows you to breathe,

To smell Without judgment and with kind compassion Acknowledge your reproductive and excretory organs Thanking them for their vital function Let your awareness expand to encompass the entire body Feel it as a unified whole Vibrant with life energy Maintain the continuous awareness of your breath See it as your connection,

Your pathway to consciousness Imagine you're witnessing the witness within you Visualize it as a flame of consciousness in the center of your being Illuminating the chambers of your heart Gently,

Consciously open your eyes As you do,

Envision the illumination from your heart radiating outward through each pore of your body Picture millions of tiny eyes looking from within,
