Welcome to this abundance meditation.
Keeping yourself in a comfortable seated position on a cushion in a chair,
Grounded with a tall spine.
Closing your eyes,
Turning inward.
Turning your attention to your breath.
Taking a deep inhale.
And a long exhale.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale slowly.
Exhale and exhale.
Imagining beautiful honey pouring down your scalp.
Warm honey dripping down your face,
Relaxing every muscle as it passes.
Gliding down your neck,
Your throat,
Your shoulders,
Chest,
Upper arms,
Forearms,
Wrists,
Hands,
Fingers,
Fingertips.
Feeling this warm honey soothing you as it warmly glides down your body,
Down your stomach,
On your back,
Down your spine.
As this honey passes through your body,
It relieves all tension.
All fear is gone.
All worry is no longer here.
Dripping down your hips,
Relaxing your legs,
Down your thighs.
Breathing your calves,
Ankles,
Feet,
Toes,
The soles of your feet.
All tension is gone.
There is nothing to worry about.
The past is gone and the future is not yet here.
Inhale deeply.
Exhale releasing all.
All tension.
Turning your awareness to your heart space in the middle of your chest.
Feeling a beautiful green light glowing from the center of your chest.
Feeling your heart thump with this green light.
Breathing to your heart's beautiful energy.
Breathing in and exhale.
The key to attracting abundance is gratitude.
Having gratitude for all that you have and all that you desire that is on its way to you.
There is no such thing as lack of something that you do not have.
It simply is not in your reality yet.
But on your timeline,
You do have everything you need.
Everything that you could ever need.
What do you have to be grateful for?
Giving thanks for all in your life.
Thank you for the sky,
For the sun,
For the trees,
For the clean air,
For clean running water,
For food in your kitchen,
For a healthy body,
Loving relationships,
Having a roof over your head and a bed to sleep in.
The list of things to be grateful for is endless.
It's infinite.
The more you give thanks and have gratitude for all that is and that is on your way,
The more abundance you will attract.
Abundance in your career.
Abundance in health.
Abundance in nature.
Abundance in relationships.
Abundance in life.
You are an abundant being.
You have everything you need.
You have a million and one things to be grateful for.
Inhaling deeply and exhale.
Let the warmth of this gratitude flow through your body.
Let a smile crawl across your face knowing that you have all that you need,
That you are blessed,
You are abundant.
You have so much to be grateful for.
Allowing the feeling of gratitude and abundance fill every pore in your body,
Every crevice,
Every nook.
Seeing your beautiful heart pumping this amazing feeling of gratitude throughout your body,
Throughout your being.
Slowly and gently now returning your awareness to your seat,
To your body grounded to the earth.
Using the ground or chair cradling you how it has supported you this whole time.
Wiggling your fingers,
Wiggling your toes,
Gently returning movement to your body and only when you are ready opening your eyes.
