Zen is a peaceful state,
A time where we take a moment to calm our life,
To breathe,
And to remember to open up our first eye,
Our divine intuition.
So sit back,
Relax,
Close your eyes if you can,
And follow your breath.
So our Buddha quote for today,
Give thanks for what has been given to you,
However little.
So what that quote is saying,
Be grateful.
Be grateful for everything you have,
Especially the little things like breath,
The home we live in,
Our meals,
Our meditation app,
Drinking water,
Opening up our eyes in the morning.
Whatever it is,
Be grateful for it.
So let's go into the zen zone and contemplate gratitude.
We can simply start our mantra by saying,
I am grateful for,
And you finish the statement.
So I invite you to go into your zen zone and contemplate gratitude.
