So this is a humming practice.
And if you've ever practiced Brahmari breath,
Bumblebee's breath,
Or bee breath,
Then you'll be familiar with this.
I invite you to find a way to be in your body.
Eyes can be open or closed,
Or a soft gaze on the ground in front.
And I invite you to take a few deep cycles of breath,
Breathing in and breathing out.
And as you come into the breath,
And you feel your inhales and exhales,
You can begin to feel the birthing right before you draw in breath.
And then the depth,
The deepening after the pause between your inhales and as you exhale,
Begin to come into yourself,
Your center.
And as you breathe here,
As you tap into and tune into birth and depth,
Okay,
Just coming back into yourself in this moment with an awareness of what is coming alive within you and this cycle of creation.
I invite you to ask yourself what it is you are giving birth to now.
Just as a swarm flies high looking for a place to land and then a permanent home,
This process happens because the hive gives birth or is reborn and splits into two.
What are you giving birth to now?
To tune into this energy a bit more,
We'll invite in the vibration of om,
The sound of a bumblebee,
A honeybee,
The hum that resides within all things.
I invite you to take a deep breath in and a complete breath out.
And to breathe in and as you exhale now with your mouth closed to hum,
Just feel the resonance,
The hum and all that is alive.
Stay here in this,
With this,
For as long as you would like.
