Let's begin by allowing your body to rest comfortably lying down.
Feel this deeply grounding connection with the support beneath you,
Holding you here.
Bring a kind attention to your breath.
There is no need to adjust or alter your breathing in any way.
Simply notice where the breath is most alive in your body at this moment and settle your attention there.
Take a slow and easy breath in,
And as you exhale,
Release a little more deeply into your support.
Feel length in your spine and ease through your feet,
Your low back.
Let go of any tension in your abdomen,
Your upper back,
Shoulders,
And chest.
Relax your face.
Form a smile on your lips.
Feel this smile radiate through your body and your mind.
Arrive here with gentle ease in your body.
If you feel that there is an intention that would guide your healing,
Please state a simple word or phrase to guide or support or perhaps even a dedication.
Begin to bring attention once again to your body here,
Grounded and supported.
Feel the natural,
Easy rhythm of your breath in your body.
I invite you to bring one hand to your low belly and one hand to your heart.
Feel your breath in your belly.
Feel your heartbeat in your chest.
As you are ready,
Ease over to one side and pause.
Use the attention on your breath now to awaken your body and create a little alertness in your mind.
Make your way to a comfortable seat,
Closing your eyes and bring your hands to heart center.
I invite you to close with an Aum or a hum if you prefer.
Remember to care for yourself with kindness and compassion after this very deep healing.
Namaste.
