Siubhan has been teaching Mindfulness Meditation for five years and is currently in a two year Teacher Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield, eminent leaders in the mindfulness movement in the US. As both a teacher and a student, Siubhan has found that meditation allows for a greater sense of ease in dealing with the stressors of life. Siubhan’s approach to meditation is relatable and encourages students to bring their practice off the cushion and into their daily lives.
