Spoken Word Song: Balance

Balance is my first spoken word song. It was something that was completely unplanned and I’m just so grateful I had the experience of bringing it to life. It’s about the balance of life, fear, and what is happening inside of us, energetically/emotionally. I hope this song will help put in to words what a lot of people may have been feeling lately and what to do when you are feeling heavy and going through things. I hope this song connects those who listen, back to their souls and what they're feeling in every moment because that's what's real, not what our minds keep telling us. Thank you!
