Welcome to this Yoga Nidra-inspired Body Scan. You may wish to do this lying down; however, you can also do it sitting up or even standing. To try to ensure that the analytical mind does not come in, this body scan is led slightly faster than some people might be used to. In the spirit of the Radical Embrace, we start by welcoming whatever is already here. We then go through the body and notice different sensations that are present. We end with a short period of open awareness, observing sensations of breathing in the whole body.
