Simon is an ordained Buddhist of 30 years, and a certified teacher in Mindfulness, Focusing and Nonviolent Communication. He is an Associate Mindfulness Teacher at the University of Cambridge. His core paradigm is Embodied Presence the practice of which invites a deep, sustainable and natural transformational healing & creativity. Other passions include throwing balls for his Border Collie, Skye, mediation for intense situations for climate change groups and being an active volunteer for the UK Samaritans.
