Yes,

So welcome to this presence oasis.

The oasis of presence.

The deep waters we can drink from.

That cool clear sparkling,

Sapphire blue,

Emerald green,

Magenta,

Turquoise,

Clear waters,

Permeating the body.

The depths always available at all times.

Yes,

So we are inviting an availability.

A living quality of presence in and through the body sensing.

It's a listening from the heart,

From every cell in the body.

It's a listening from the sky,

From the earth,

From the sea.

Sensing outwards into the onset of autumn.

As the brown leaves begin to curl and drop.

With their golds and reds and yellows.

And life as it were is turning inwards in this season.

Retreating into comfort,

Into healing,

Renewal.

Taking refuge in an inner nourishment,

In a transition.

A shedding of the old.

Into Genesis,

Nemesis into Genesis.

Yes.

Transitioning.

Listening from the wholeness of being.

And sensing this transitioning,

This morphing,

This shape shifting.

We are not just the leaves that are shed.

That float gently to the earth.

We are also the branches,

The tree trunks,

The deep roots.

Melding with the soil from which the tree emerged.

We are also the earth.

The deep oceans,

The mountains,

The forests and the beasts that roam.

We are also the space that we are breathed by.

And the stars,

The celestial heavens that continually shine and glitter.

Listening from the whole of this.

Sensing the feet.

Sensing the feet on the ground.

The earth.

Available to the whole of this sensing the shape of your body.

Sensing the visceral,

Whole,

Spacious,

Connected.

Sense of itself.

Just resting here.

And being quietly available to those qualities within.

Shifting themselves in transition.

Sometimes retreating,

Hibernating.

Sometimes emerging,

Flourishing,

Flowing.

Sometimes suspended.

Wanting to be held by the earth.

Wanting to be held by kindness and empathy.

Wanting the closeness and wanting the space perhaps.

Sensing what's right for your body.

As it entertains these elements and some things within.

And yes,

While there are leaves dropping and falling in their rainbow colours.

Rustling in the wind on the ground.

There are also the emergent buds present.

Ready for spring.

Tender green,

Glistening buds.

And perhaps to be entertained and intoxicated by the big blue and that yellow orb.

At a later date.

Meanwhile,

All of this within being kept company by the majesty of the universe.

Being ever available to the ebb and flow of Genesis and Nemesis in this quality of presence.

Resting here.
