Namaste and welcome to your meditation for mental clarity,
For planting seeds of positive habits letting go of what does no longer serve you.
Find a comfortable seat and a quiet space where you won't be disturbed.
You can sit with a spine tall or lean against a chair,
As long as your breath can flow and your body is relaxed.
Close your eyes,
Let's take a deep breath in through the nose and out the mouth.
Let's repeat this a few more times in your own pace.
Be present with your breath,
Feel the body moving up with the inhalation and contracting with the exhalation,
Your belly expanding and contracting,
Feeling the air flow through your nostrils,
Entering the body,
Leaving the body.
Whenever your thoughts wander off,
Gently guide them back to the rhythm of your breath.
Inviting calm and clarity on the inhale and on the exhalation,
Releasing tension and mental clutter.
Within your inner eye,
Picture a clear,
Still lake that is your mind.
Watch the ripples fade away,
Leaving the water perfectly calm.
As you breathe,
Imagine any lingering thoughts or distractions dissolving into the clear water.
See yourself surrounded by gentle light,
Symbolizing focus and renewal.
Let this light fill your whole body,
Your whole system,
With clarity and purpose.
An effortless existence from a clear,
Calm perspective.
Reflect on a positive habit or an intention that you wish to bring into your life.
Imagine planting seeds of these habits in fertile soil.
Visualize them growing strong and vibrant,
With care and dedication that you give to the seeds.
And repeat the following affirmations to solidify these intentions.
1.
I choose habits that support my growth and well-being.
Within your own awareness,
Repeat to yourself,

Whenever you're ready,
Open your eyes.
May you carry the sense of clarity and purpose with you as you move out into the world.
