Welcome to this nervous system stabilizing breath set we're gonna move through four different breaths designed to calm the nervous system and this practice is beautiful whenever you need to find rest or just before going to sleep i will give some basic guidance around the breaths and let you know when it's time to change the technique so find a comfortable seat bring your spine tall and take a deep breath we'll begin with along the lung close your right nostril inhale left hold the breath for a moment when you're ready exhale right then inhale right hold the breath for a moment inhale left continue at your own pace inhale deeply and exhale we'll continue with four-part breath inhaling through the nose for a count of six hold for a count of six exhale for a count of six and hold for a count of six inhale and find a count that suits you keep the same amount of counts on every part of the breath come to center Bhastrika alternating nostrils inhale left exhale in seven parts right after that inhale one part right and exhale seven parts left and come to center release the arms and we'll continue with Bhastrika through both nostrils inhaling through the nose and exhaling in seven parts out the nose come to center and breathe and breathe
