And now I'd like you to take in a beautiful deep breath through the nose,
Inhale,
Hold and as you exhale with a smile and a sigh letting go.
Let's do that again,
Big deep breath in,
Hold it and a haaa.
Knowing that each time you take in a deep breath you're breathing in freshness and newness nourishing your body and as you exhale with a sigh letting go,
Letting go,
Letting go,
That's good.
Take a gentle breath and notice your body settled and supported and perhaps in the moments ahead you may begin to carry this calm feeling with you,
Like the steady rhythm of the ocean waves or the quiet presence of trees around you.
You might notice that any heaviness or anything that was never yours is beginning to soften,
Returning naturally to where it came from.
And in that space something steady remains,
Your own quiet sense of worth always intact,
Always available.
You may find that over time small moments arise where your breath,
Your body or even a single thought can bring you back to this calm feeling.
As if your system remembers it is safe,
You can let go and it's safe for you to rest deeply.
And perhaps without needing to think about it,
Your inner strength continues to grow,
Your resilience quietly rising in your own way and in your own good time.
And as we end this lovely practice take this calm assurance with you into your everyday life.
Thank you.
