Perhaps it's been a very busy day and you just want to find a few moments of peace and solitude.
Take a few moments now to just stretch out and see if you can roll your shoulders up and back.
Maybe stretch a little from side to side.
And then when you're ready,
Find a quiet spot and just settle in for these next few moments.
Begin by gently deepening your breath and allowing your focus to settle in on your breath.
Finding that space of equanimity and a place of inner calmness and quiet within you.
Allow your body to settle and allow your mind to just focus on your breath.
Take a nice,
Slow,
Deep breath in and a gentle,
Slow breath out.
Breathing fresh,
New energy.
And let go of anything that you've been holding on to and doesn't serve you anymore.
Inhale love.
Exhale fear.
Breathe in to hope.
And exhale anxiety.
Allow yourself to just focus on your deep,
Steady breath.
And when your mind wanders,
As it will,
Coming back to your breath.
I am breathing in.
There is nothing else that you need to do right now and there is no one else to please.
Place one palm at your heart center and the other at your belly.
Stay connected to your body and to your breath.
Is well.
Everything is working out for my highest good.
Everything will come to me in divine and perfect timing.
I'm always safe and I'm always protected.

Everything is exactly as it needs to be.
