Your eyes shine with a sheen of tears unshed.
Your heart fills with pain,
Grief and the incomparable sadness of watching a loved one suffer.
Your voice is gentle despite that lump in your throat and your touch is so soothing as you hold their hand and wish the pain away.
I see you,
Dear one.
I see you.
I feel your pain as I have felt my own.
Like you,
I have been down on my knees praying for a miracle.
My heart has been wounded like yours.
And through that wound,
Somehow,
Miraculously,
The light has entered.
So allow me today to hold that light for you.
Let's begin by just gently deepening our breath.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest as your breath deepens on a long,
Slow inhale and a soft,
Gentle exhale.
Let your awareness settle into your body and allow your breath to gently calm your mind.
Let your awareness find that centre of quietness and calmness deep within you.
Feel and breathe into just this moment,
Right here and right now.
All is well.
When navigating pain and suffering,
Just think about the next breath,
The next step ahead.
You don't have to know the entire way ahead.
Just take that next step forward in faith and trust that you are being supported and guided in ways that you cannot see.
But know that support is there with you every step of the way.
For now,
Surrender your pain,
Your anger,
Despair,
Frustration and rage.
Give it all over to a higher power of your own understanding.
And just let it go for now.
Give up the resistance and the struggle and accept the situation just as it is,
Not how you would like it to be.
Trust that there is a divine plan in place and a divine order to everything.
Just as seasons change in nature,
So too will this season of suffering come to pass.
And I'd like you to lead you to these words of the Serenity Prayer.
Grant me the courage,
The serenity to accept the things that I cannot change.
The courage to change the things that I can and the wisdom to know the difference.
Living one day at a time,
Enjoying one moment at a time.
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace.
Happiness comes from learning to accept suffering as a part of our lives.
And the pathway to peace comes through the valley of pain.
Pain is a part of being human,
But we can alleviate our suffering through faith.
Every storm runs out of rain,
My love.
And from there,
A beautiful rainbow emerges full of color and hope.
Let me hold that hope for you today.
And allow yourself to trust and believe that things will change and work out in the highest good.
Your highest good and the highest good of all.
This season of suffering will end.
And the rewards of resilience,
Faith,
Hope and love will enhance your life in miraculous ways.
For now,
My darling,
Let go of your burdens.
Lay them down and rest.
I'm sending you love,
Ease,
Hope,
Compassion and miracles.
May your day unfold with grace and ease today.
And so it is.
So it is.
So it is.
Namaste.
Namaste.
