Allow yourself to be guided into a deep state of relaxation as you release all thoughts of the past and let go of any worries about the future. We only have this present moment, so live and breathe fully into this moment and let your mind and body relax and reset.

Namaste dear one and allow yourself to take a short break today and meditate with me.

Find yourself a comfortable position to be seated in for this next short while.

If you've been working at your desk perhaps stand up and take a few moments to stretch.

Roll your shoulders up and back,

Take a deep breath in,

Maybe roll your neck a few times slowly going one way and then the other.

Inhale and raise your arms up towards the ceiling stretching your upper body grounding through the feet.

Take a moment to feel and breathe into your whole body.

And now find a comfortable position to sit in and allow your attention to come to your breath.

And a slow steady exhale.

Gently close your eyes and allow your attention to centre inwards.

Breathe in to the count of 1,

2,

3,

Hold and then exhale slowly to the count of 5,

4,

3,

2,

1.

Let's do that one more time.

Inhale to the count of 3,

And exhale for 5.

And allow yourself to disconnect from the external world and go inwards that lies at the centre of your being.

Let your shoulders relax.

Allow your belly to soften.

Unclenching your jaw,

Softening the muscles of your face.

Allow yourself to just be here in this moment.

Acknowledging any feelings of fear,

Uncertainty,

Anything that you've been experiencing and letting yourself be with those feelings just as they are.

Feeling into your emotions,

Not pushing them away,

Not riding over them,

But giving yourself permission to breathe whatever is arising for you in this moment.

It's okay to feel scared.

It's okay to not know.

Allow yourself to simply sit with your feelings just as they are.

And then as you exhale,

Let it go.

At your centre of calm,

Your higher self is always here to return to that place of safety.

And the way to do that safely is to simply turn inwards and allow yourself to breathe and witness your fears,

Or releasing them with love,

And just allow yourself to be in this moment.

Knowing that in this moment,

All is well.

You are safe.

You are peaceful.

Slowly opening your eyes to this moment,

To this space.

Place your palms across your heart centre and take a deep breath into your heart centre,

Honouring this time that you've devoted.

I send you love and light.
