Transcript

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position either on a cushion or a chair.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Imagine yourself in a beautiful and peaceful environment.

This could be a forest or any other place that feels calming and relaxing to you.

Allow yourself to explore this environment in your mind.

Taking in all the sights,

Sounds and sounds.

As you continue to explore this environment,

Allow any anxiety or stress to melt away.

Consider yourself surrounded by love and surrounded by light and allow this feeling to spread throughout your body.

Take a moment to notice how you feel.

When you are ready,

Take a few more deep breaths and then slowly,

At your time,

Open your eyes and carry this sense of peace and tranquility with you as you go about your day.

Namaste
