I look forward to sharing with you an introduction to the yoga of sound.
It's very easy for us to get caught up in all of the busyness and stresses of life.
And this is an incredibly powerful and portable practice that within five minutes can help bring us back into more of an alignment.
You can think of it as tuning your radio station instead of tuning to frequencies of stress and overwhelm and everything that takes us outside of ourselves.
This is an invitation to deep listening and to starting to use the power of our own voice and inner vibration.
To bring us back into a sense of harmony.
With ourselves.
Yes,
We're vocalizing.
There's a bit of sound that you can use to help support you to feel safer in the production of your sound.
But it's not really so much about singing as about starting to feel the movement of your own energy and vibration and what that feels like and using that.
As a mechanism for coming into inner connection,
Into inner acceptance of whatever is happening right now,
Inner love and an inner attunement.
It's a really deep listening practice,
But it's also.
.
.
Very practical in that the sounds themselves start to release.
Feel-good chemicals in the body.
It starts to help you.
Promote,
For example,
Nasal nitric oxide,
Which has incredible health benefits for heart health,
Immune response.
Nervous system regulation.
We all have our own unique Frequency.
That is our expression in the world.
And this practice,
For me,
Is.
.
.
Pathway.
To coming into more of that unique authentic resonance that is me.
And that is the invitation that I extend to you that you can use this as a deep listening pathway to start to tune.
Tuned to what is and it helps you to start to listen as well because we get quiet and the practice brings us inwards.
And through that mechanism.
The static.
Tends to greet us in life starts to be,
For me and my experience of this,
A little less loud and I'm actually more able to feel and be with.
What is my own guidance system?
What is my own connection?
And so these practices have been drawn from really ancient teachings.
This is a form of yoga.
And the use of sound,
That everything is part of the,
Let's say,
The divine play,
The divine current.
And it's all of creation singing,
And it's like we are tuning in.
To our own expression in that dance of creation.
And so for me,
It's been a wonderful experience.
Revelation and it's an ever deepening practice.
Every day,
This practice might feel different.
Every day,
It might bring different insights.
And every day,
In every moment,
We're different in our vibration and our.
.
.
Expression is changing.
And so this is a wonderful mechanism to help us.
Immerse,
Take time for ourselves,
Come into connection and start to bring ourselves into the resonance of who we really are.
I hope you enjoy it.
