This guided journaling practice is a loving reminder for the parents, carers, nurturers, and givers who feel stretched thin or disconnected from their own needs. You spend so much time making sure everyone else is okay, but you matter too. In this gentle pause, you’ll be guided through reflective prompts to help you reconnect with your own needs, desires, and sense of self — outside of the roles you hold. You’ll reflect on what lights you up, how you’re really feeling, and what tiny moments of care could help you return to yourself. No fixing. No pressure. Just space to breathe, feel, and remember that you are worthy of the same love you give so freely.
