How often in life do we criticize ourselves and make ourselves wrong? So often we get so caught up in trying to be a good person and show love to others that we forget to apply this same practice to ourselves. This meditation uses a combination of heart coherence breathing, somatic touch, and visualization to anchor our energy into the heart space. This promotes heart-brain connection and intuition which allows us to more easily accept self-love into our lives. When we practice loving ourselves it becomes easier to then expand and send this love out to the rest of the world.
