When I was on a job retreat back in 2010, I was introduced to mindfulness. Since that time, I have been actively engage in mindfulness. Although I stumble and loose my focus during a mindfulness meditation, I try to center myself and start again. If you are practicing mindfulness, you may be on a different level than someone else. The important part is to continue your mindfulness practice regardless of your level. This three minute meditation will help you deepen your mindfulness practice.

Thank you for meditating with me.

In this 3 minute meditation session,

I would like you to simply relax and release.

Let's go.

Place yourself in a comfortable position for 3 minutes.

Clear your thoughts for the moment.

Become in tune with the melody.

Now I'm going to count to 3 and when the 3 appears,

Simply close your eyes.
