Interview With Kristof Lambregts – Sound Of Healing

I had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate on a project with Kristof Lambregts. He is a sound healer from Belgium and has been teaching on Insight Timer for a couple of years. We created a healing session with crystal bowls, meditation and Reiki with the intention of healing with the frequency of moonlight. I interviewed Kristof as a way of offering insight into his background in music and healing as well as the two of us talking about the creative process of bringing the piece to life.
