And let's begin with the breath.

I invite you to inhale deeply.

See if you can pull that air into your body and imagine that it's touching your first chakra at the base of your spine,

That the air is filling your entire torso,

Feeling it expand your lower belly,

Your middle belly,

Into your lungs,

Your chest,

Your clavicle,

Into your neck,

And imagine it filling all the way up through your head to your crown chakra.

And let's keep taking those nice,

Slow,

Deep breaths.

And as we do,

Our heart rate slows,

Our blood pressure lowers,

Our thoughts get quieter,

We can allow our bodies to relax more with every single breath.

Was there a place in your body where you felt that anxiety?

Was it in your chest?

In your shoulders?

In the pit of your belly?

Take a moment and send your breath to whatever part of your body was feeling stressed.

And lovingly,

Breathe into that space,

Feeling the air move through it,

Releasing the tension.

And let's take a moment to connect with our minds.

How was anxiety manifesting in your mind?

Were your thoughts racing?

Was it hard to focus?

Allow that breath to come into your mind,

Into your brain,

And oxygenate every pathway,

Feeling yourself,

Your mind,

Your thoughts quiet down.

Your body's relaxed.

Your mind is relaxed.

And I invite you to see yourself standing in a space where you are completely encapsulated in light,

An oblong bubble of light surrounds your entire being.

And in this space,

You can relax even more deeply,

Knowing you are held.

Supported.

Seen.

Heard.

Loved.

Feel every cell of your being relax.

Your toes,

Your feet and ankles,

Your legs,

Hips,

Torso,

Chest,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Wrists,

Hands,

Fingers,

Neck,

Face,

Eyes,

Cheeks,

Forehead,

Scalp,

Forehead,

Forehead,

Forehead,

Forehead,

Forehead.

Feel yourself dissolving into this sphere of light as it connects to the greater sphere of light,

Like a water droplet going back to the ocean.

You are so safe,

So safe in this space of union,

Of abiding peace and love.

You are so safe,

So safe in this space of union,

Of abiding peace and love.

That light is you.

And you are the light.

Feeling free,

Connected,

Free of stress and anxiety.

Totally supported.

Completely loved.

Now imagine again your sphere of light around your being as you separate yourself and see this light dissolve into your body,

Becoming one with you.

And I invite you to take a deep breath into the center of your chest,

Allowing that light to fully integrate with you.
