Today is a new day.

This moment is a new moment.

And today I choose to listen to my body and to be one with my body.

Breathe that into your chest space and allow it to ripple through your entire being.

I choose to listen to my body.

If I feel hungry,

I will eat.

If I don't feel hungry,

I won't eat.

Today I choose to honor whatever it is that I experience,

Both within and without.

Happiness,

Confidence,

Fear,

Anxiety,

Love,

Unworthiness.

Today I allow all of these emotions to show up and to be here with me.

And I am okay.

Breathing in.

I am safe in my body and in my heart and in my mind.

Whatever I feel is okay.

I allow it to be here with me without feeling afraid,

Without feeling like I need to make it go away.

I am safe this moment.

No matter what I think or feel,

I am safe.

Keep breathing into your body,

Grounding yourself in your physical essence.

I am whole just as I am.

Today I choose to listen to my body,

To feel every magnificent part of it without judgment,

To honor that I am whole and that I am the embodiment of love,

That I am perfect just the way I am.

Today I honor whatever I feel.

I allow it to come up and I allow it to leave.

It's a thought or a feeling that arises and subsides.

It comes and it goes.

But my peace,

My presence,

My awareness of myself as a whole,

Perfect being stays with me.

I abide in the space of my own perfect essence.

Breathing in complete presence,

Peace of mind.

Today I choose to honor myself,

To eat wisely,

And to not use food as a way to numb myself or escape.

I know that I am safe to feel whatever comes up,

To take care of myself in this moment,

To allow myself the love and the grace that is my divine right.

I open up to that essence today.

I open up to my own perfect healing.

And so it is.
