So let's feel how we are drawn to discover coming to contact with the mystery of the heart.

First we will dissolve the head over the shoulders.

Making way for the chest at the centre of our being.

The exact middle point.

To move to the front of our consciousness.

So let's feel how suddenly the chest has become the centre.

The leading part.

As soon as we do that it is already highly stimulated,

Active,

Vibrating.

But what we can sense is that it is radiating and vibrating from its deepest core behind the outer layers.

So now take a journey.

And as with every in-breath and expansion of the chest we will feel how we are.

Pulled into the centre of the heart chakra.

First moving through the outermost layer.

The part that gets easily hit.

As a part of the play of life.

The pain and the pleasure.

The love that we receive.

Or the insults that we get.

And now we are moving even more deeply.

Going behind the wall.

That the outermost heart is created.

And now we find a deeper type of heart.

Which is the inner world of the heart.

Thoughts and feelings.

Past impressions that have become conclusions.

We want to reach the source of that glow.

The very spring of our heart energy.

Therefore we move even more deeply.

To that concealed point,

Concealed area,

The third layer.

Mmh.

.

.

Just fall back,

Let go and fall into the heart chakra itself,

The vibrating core.

Let go and fall into the heart chakra.

What do you find there in the innermost?

What do you find there in the innermost?

What do you find there in the innermost?

Bring your consciousness deep.

Into this heart of heart.

And see if you can remove momentarily all the outer layers.

See if you are dissolving the wall and allowing the innermost heart to vibrate and glow in the open.

As if you are sharing the innermost heart with space and with the world,

With existence itself.

Perhaps you can sense a unique energy field.

A glow.

Allow this innermost energy to almost move out of the chest and be present.

Feel this inner reflection.

GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG Feel out by opening,

Removing the layers.

GONG From the deep center of your chest,

Now there is no edge.

GONG And the heart is opening in all directions.

And opening its true presence.

GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG So try to answer for yourself.

What is the innermost core of your heart?

GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG GONG Reside for one more moment in this wide openness.

The vastness.

The vibration.

And in this state of openness you can actually leave it as it is.

Go to sleep embraced with.

This open heartedness.

You can slowly come out of the meditation.
