If you've ever had the moment where you feel like you are at the edge of everything that you know,

All of the things that were aren't working anymore,

And you're really wanting to step forward into something new,

This session is here to help you break free.

Take a deep breath and start to bring your attention to the parts of your body that have not gotten very much attention.

Maybe it's your palms or the back of your hands,

Your elbows or behind your ears.

What draws you?

What area of your body is like,

Hi,

You haven't been seeing me,

You have been ignoring me,

You haven't given me any attention.

Where are you called?

And let yourself settle there.

Maybe it's between your toes or the side of your ankle.

A little small patch by your knee,

Wherever it is.

Say hello to this area.

Like,

Hi,

Okay,

All right,

You got my attention now.

And breathe.

Just being together in this shared space for a moment.

And if you can,

Put your hand on this space,

Or you can do it in your mind's eye if it's not easily accessible,

And just hold this location.

And say,

There,

There,

I'm here now.

I'm with you.

You're not alone anymore.

I'm going to be here for you.

I'm going to show up for you.

I'm going to take care of you.

And I'm going to be what you need in a world that has shown you not enough.

And keep breathing.

When we move through layers of consciousness,

And the healing journey,

And spiritual awakening,

And the becoming who you really are process,

We sometimes get detached,

Or tangled,

Discombobulated.

We get thrown all over the place,

Like we are lost at sea.

Or more accurately,

The vision that may land is that of the container where you hold all the cables that you have acquired over the years.

Every time you got some new tech,

Equipment,

Something,

The cord,

The cable that you didn't need,

Because maybe you already had one,

Maybe you stopped using the product,

It ended up in a box,

In a container.

And this container maybe followed you from home to home,

Year to year,

Just growing,

Until it becomes this box of cords,

And tangles,

And things that once upon a time you know you needed.

But now you can't quite remember what is this purple cord for?

Do I still have the tech that this green cord is for?

Why do I have six of the same cord and I don't even need one?

Think about how this has been affecting you,

In your life,

Not just this cord box,

But the sentiment of,

Do I have what I need?

Why do I have so many of what I don't need?

Why am I struggling so hard to get something that's tangled with something else?

How long do I hold on to what was?

How many years do I struggle taking things with me that I don't even know what the hell they are,

If I want them or if I need them?

But onward I go,

Bringing it with me.

Bring your attention back to that location that we found at the beginning.

What is it holding?

What does it need to tell you or show you?

Listen to its story and let yourself really hear it.

Nice deep breath.

And ask this location,

Like what do you need?

Is it time to let go?

Is it time to upgrade,

To clean house?

What's needed?

That you haven't been able to address or face or deal with?

What do you need right now?

There you go,

Nice breath.

And whatever came up for you,

If you were surprised by it,

If it felt really easy and really simple in a way that's like,

That can't do anything,

Or if it felt overwhelming,

Like too much,

Like how do I do that?

It's okay.

It's not about doing right now.

It's about starting to see what you've been carrying with you that has been tethering you and cording you and keeping you connected to what was,

But you've been carrying it along as if it's just status quo.

Sometimes all we need is to see something that is so buried deep in the subconscious that's been running us.

And when we notice it,

Everything changes,

Not in this like storytelling fantastical way,

But in the quiet shift that says,

There's more here.

There's something else I couldn't see.

I didn't know I was distracted,

Ignoring.

I was blind to it.

I couldn't connect to it.

It wasn't visible to me.

And there's been something you've been dealing with that you have been pushing away,

Ignoring,

Avoiding,

And this is where it's time for that to start to move.

And I know that that can feel really scary and really painful,

But that little spot that's been ignored for so long,

That spot was able to say,

Hey,

I need some attention.

I need you to see me.

So that's what we're going to do for you.

Hey,

I see you.

I'm here.

You're safe.

You're okay.

I know you're scared.

What do you need?

What do you want to tell me?

What do you need to say?

And what needs to come out?

What needs to be claimed or shared or screamed aloud or written down?

What is it that you need to say in order to claim that deeper awareness,

That deeper consciousness,

That deeper knowing within yourself that you're ready to move forward?

You don't want to take that old stuff with you.

You don't want to stay in the same layer or level of consciousness that created the life you have right now.

And you don't need to anymore,

But you do need to say the thing that has been hanging out in the subconscious,

Being ignored.

You need to claim it and you need to own it.

And it might be something about what you need,

What you want,

Who you are,

How you see things,

What you've needed that you haven't gotten,

How angry you are,

How hurt you are,

How sad you are,

How alone you are.

Whatever it is you need to share,

I want you to claim it now and say it now.

Let yourself break free of it now.

Take a deep breath.

And let yourself be here for a little bit of time.

Come back to the session tomorrow,

The next day,

If it feels right for you.

Let the possibilities stay open.

Let your subconscious continue to unfold and show you.

And when you're ready,

Very slowly,

Very gently,

Open your eyes and come back to the room.
