Inner Stillness and Strength Meditation.
Today,
I'm just gonna get right into things as I take you on a guided meditation to help you connect to your inner strength.
As we've talked about,
We can often get wrapped up in our thoughts and worries,
Comparisons with others,
And forgetting who we truly are,
Feeling disconnected and uncertain of our own strength.
So today,
Let's go into a meditation to help you connect to stillness within and see the strengths that are you,
Always within you.
Begin to just get relaxed in your space,
Whatever that is for you.
As you're feeling ready,
Closing your eyes and just beginning to connect with your breathing,
Connecting with a gentle rise and fall of your body as you breathe,
Breathing in relaxation,
And breathing out any stress or tension you may be holding onto.
Start to feel the energy starting to just scan the top of your head and your face,
Breathing into any tension you notice,
And with your exhale,
Releasing and relaxing,
Checking in with your neck and your shoulders,
Breathing into that tension and exhaling that release and relaxation,
Feeling the relaxation down your arms and elbows,
Your forearms,
Your wrists and your hands,
Releasing and relaxing,
Feeling the tension trickle off your fingers into the earth,
Checking in with your chest and your back,
Your torso,
And your waist,
Breathing into the tension,
And just relaxing,
Feeling the tension trickle off your fingers into the earth,
Breathing into the tension and exhaling through the release and relaxation,
Feeling your body enter more stillness,
A sense of peace and warmth,
Noticing any tension you may be holding in your waist and your hips,
Breathing into the tension and exhaling through the release and relaxation,
Checking in with your legs and your knees,
Your shins and your ankles,
Your feet and feeling any stress or tension with that exhale,
Leaving through your toes,
Going into the earth,
Feeling relaxed,
Letting go of any thoughts or worries,
Allowing permission to have this time and space to connect within,
As thoughts come,
Allow them to flow by,
Bringing your connection back to your breath or the sound of my voice,
Connecting with the cool sensation as you inhale and warmth as you exhale,
Noticing space in your mind as you further relax and connect within,
Inhale calm and stillness,
Exhale thoughts and worry,
Inhale relaxation,
Exhale fear and stress,
Allow the feeling of calm and serenity to expand and spread,
A sense of peacefulness through your entire being,
And then,
Expand and spread a sense of peacefulness through your entire being,
Feeling relaxed,
Warm,
Allowing stillness within to connect further and further with your truth,
Finding peace from judgment and a connection to the strength and beauty that is you,
Knowing as you hear these words,
They are your truth,
They are you,
I am confident,
I am worthy,
I am strong,
I appreciate who I am,
I acknowledge all I have to offer,
I trust my inner wisdom,
I am calm and at peace in this awareness,
Knowing these are my truth,
Knowing these are my truth,
I am more than good enough,
The past has no power over me,
I embrace the rhythm flowing from my heart,
I live in the present and I'm confident of the future,
I am confident of the future,
When I breathe,
I inhale confidence and exhale fear,
I am confident,
I am worthy,
I am strong,
I appreciate who I am,
I am,

Begin to slowly connect back to the rhythm of your breath,
The gentle rise and fall of your body as you breathe,
Wiggling your fingers and your toes,
Connecting back to your physical body,
And as feeling ready,
Opening your eyes and maybe stretching,
Reentering your space wherever that is today for you.
