Evening bedtime meditation.
Lay down in your inside your bed,
Have yourself covered,
Find coziness in your position.
Bring awareness to your skin and feel the sensation of the skin and allow the night energy,
The moonlight energy maybe even to soften and soothe your skin.
Feeling maybe even a tingling that is just a soothing calming energy that connects your skin and calms your nervous system down.
Maybe you can even imagine a soft touch on your skin that is saying good night and then connect to your spine and start moving with your inner eye from the base of the spine towards the crown of the head and with the exhale from move back down from the crown of the head towards the root of the spine and imagine we're cleaning out any energy that we've taken on during the day that has been lower than bliss and joy.
Your inner consciousness,
Your mind's eye is just moving up and down the spine.
It's the central point of the nervous system and the energetic body so by cleaning this part you are cleaning the entire auric energetic field.
Do it a few more times with all your love and all your care for your body and your energy field,
Your higher self and allow the energies that you've taken on that is not yours to float back to where they came from.
Allow them to move outside your house and then invite in that softening,
Soothing,
Sweet energy to join your vessel.
So imagine this pinkish rainbow light is entering your energetic field from sources sent from a higher love,
Softening and soothing your dreams,
Calming the subconscious mind during sleep time so that your subconscious doesn't have to process the happenings overnight but you can actually allow the energy to work for yourself during sleep time and then invite in some wishes for your dreams.
Your inner child is always awake during sleep time of the body so maybe you want to have the inner child playing and dancing,
Maybe learning,
Exploring something new,
Maybe practicing their passion and skills that they came from.
Maybe you ask your inner child to teach your adult self something during your sleep time and then imagine the inner child next to you and tell that inner child your dreams,
Your desires,
Your needs.
I wish I have more soulful connections.
I wish I have that sweet self-love for me.
I wish I have more time for myself.
Whatever it is,
Be very honest and tell it to your inner child and see how the inner child reacts.
Maybe it gives you an answer,
An input.
If not,
It meant my answer or give you guidance during your dreams.
But you have created the seed for that need and desire to be met and to be manifested into the physical realm.
Allow that expressed need to be enough.
You just whisper to your own soul and you have clarity of what you wish truly from the heart space.
And then maybe you can give a hug to your inner child,
Say thank you for listening.
Just thank that inner child for the presence and then tune into the energy of the inner child,
The joy,
The bliss,
The high frequency love of the purity of the inner child and allow that inner child to soften also your body,
Your vessel,
Your subconscious mind.
And then slowly allow the body to drift into a meditation,
A deep deep relaxation of the subconscious mind so you're ready for sleep.
You can stay longer in that connection with inhaling that rainbow frequency being with your inner child or you're already ready to sleep.
