Meditation to increase awareness about past traumatic experiences that bring you in disalignment with your spirit.

So emotional lack of nurturing care and respectful behavior within a family,

Especially aggression,

Violence,

Creates a trauma within our nervous system that we are on,

We walk on eggshells,

We are constantly in alert for noticing the little changes in the moods of people so that we want to protect ourselves.

To release that in a way it is experiencing in the childhood disrespectful behavior between people.

Also disrespectful behavior towards the child and that can result into adult behavior that is the nervous system being over alert,

Overstimulated,

Over manipulated in a way by the past and the identity is a bit disturbed as it did not grow up with a respectful behavior patterns for one's own autonomy.

So increasing the sense of self-respect,

Self-awareness,

Self-agency that results from manifesting one's own desires and dream reverses and heals such patterns.

Nevertheless we can also with this meditation specifically address this part of the nervous system that is active with accessing the conscious mind where these stories are held and once we remove the stories and the attached emotion in the root cause the nervous system can realign over time.

So the part of the nervous system takes a bit more time than to reverse engineer the stories in your subconscious mind.

That being said we need to practice also this meditation a few times until no event appears in your mind when you repractice this meditation.

Then you are when nothing occurs then you are able to just release it and go to another practice.

So please find a seated position bringing yourself into a meditation posture having the hands in your lap and softening yourself in this position.

You can call in the love connection to your source or your spirit guides whatever is your natural practice of meditation.

Start entering that field on your own.

So I give you a bit space to come into your own alignment the way you do it and that way is a habit for you with the intention to connect with yourself and your own boundaries.

So if you need more time please pause the recording and find your attunement and then come back to my guided meditation.

So to increase our self-respect we can go through a visualization that guides you and rewires the subconscious mind.

So I bring you into that state now.

So imagine yourself walking into a room full of people and you fear being judged by these people by the fact that you are significantly different than these people.

So whoever you are imagine a tribe of people that significantly different differ from you,

Your vibe,

The way you dress,

What you do in life.

Imagine a completely different human species where you do not feel a sense of belonging and you do not feel a sense of connection.

Wherever it is make that image more colorful,

More vibrant.

What are the details that you see?

It's the moment where you stepped into that room and they all gaze at you and you have that little shock in your system of I'm not welcome,

This is not safe here,

Whatever,

I don't belong here.

So make that image a bit more profound what you see and then bring the senses to your body.

Where do you feel that awkward feeling?

Maybe you sense an anxiety in your body.

Where is that feeling of I'm being judged,

I'm being alienated,

I am being disrespected by being judged on my appearance,

I'm being violated in my human being as I'm not accepted here,

I am judged here.

Where do you feel that in the body?

Bring your hands there.

Now allow the image to disappear and we have created a golden bubble around you,

A shield,

Energetic shield that supports your connection now to you and that bubble of light wants to nurture you,

It wants to soothe you.

Everything that that golden bubble is a bubble of golden and pinkish light.

So the pinkish light does not mix with the golden light,

They're dancing in each other.

So sense that,

Sense that shield around you.

So it's completely filling up you in the meditation posture and it's a ball of light and on top of the bowl it connects to source and at the bottom of that ball of light it connects to the core of the earth and it's nurturing you in that connection,

Deeply,

Deeply nurturing you.

It shields you from the external world in this moment of time and all it wants is for you to remember who you are,

For you to reconnect to your senses in this shield,

To take that moment to acknowledge who you are in your essence and start respecting yourself.

Claiming that respect as you remember you belong to source and your body belongs to earth and everything that belongs to earth should be respected for its own being,

For its own sake.

Everything that earth provides us,

Gives us for free shall be respected by mutual care,

By all living beings.

Source respects herself.

Every human being aligned with source respects other people.

It's the energy,

This intrinsic energy that is aligned in human form.

Disrespectful behavior come from disalignment.

So each time you experience a disrespectful behavior,

Just observe their disalignment.

That's all you have to do.

Release the upcoming emotion of anger,

Fear.

All of that comes from survival,

From our innate need to be accepted,

Wanted to be accepted and belonging for survival of the tribe.

The tribal years are different now so we're moving into a more soul based and soul nurtured timeline and as you want to align with the timeline,

If you wish so,

Align also with the energy field of that and that means you respect everyone who respects you and you move away from situations,

Patterns and people that disrespect you,

That disregard you and you dissolve the old remembrance that is held within nervous system in the body that do not respect you.

So you're still in that healing bubble,

Feel that nurturing,

Caring bubble.

It feels like mother,

The motherly womb where you are not shaped yet as a human but you're there in spirit and source knows you better than anyone else of who you are in your essence.

It respects you completely.

It honors you for that human life journey,

For the courage to be in the 3D world reality.

Seek that acknowledgement from source and start to respect the body as you start to respect Earth as part of it.

We belong for a very short time to Earth together as one.

The family that is considered to be the place of respect,

Nurturing love,

The family we expect to be that nurturing,

Sourceful,

Resourceful area to grow up as a human but sometimes this has been the opposite where there's been huge amount of disrespect played out,

Manipulation,

Lack of care,

Disrespectful communication.

To rewire that,

Go back now in your mind,

In your body.

You stay in the healing womb feeling of that golden bubble,

That pinkish golden light.

Feel the connection to source,

Feel the protection.

Allow yourself to be relaxed in that light.

Maybe you want to bring your arms around your body so you're in a hug with yourself.

Feeling always the connection to the nature,

To the Earth,

To where the body belongs.

Resting the nervous system into that belonging.

Then in your mind's eye we guide you to a situation of disrespect in your past.

We walk down,

Travel down and some imaginary stairs that you see in front of you and in your hand you hold a person that you significantly respect,

That you significantly care about and they significantly care and respect you.

You hold this person's hand and you walk down.

You take the first step,

Second,

Third,

Fourth,

Fifth,

Six,

Seven,

Eight,

Nine.

So you arrive at the bottom of that stairs together with that person that you completely trust and there's a respected relationship.

And you are in a situation of disrespect from your memory.

It's been called upon you from your subconscious mind.

You see the situation,

You feel the situation of boundaries not being respected.

Autonomies of human beings disrespected,

Disgraced and sometimes violated.

Ask your trusted person to hold you in that situation.

Ask them explicitly how to hold you.

If you just want them to hold your hands,

Ask for that.

Everything that the person that you see,

You in the past experiencing that situation,

What would they,

What would have they needed in that situation?

A person that is there where there's mutual respect so that that situation is balanced out and rescued and secured by a respectful relationship.

So ask your friend or your partner,

Your trusted person to help you,

To guide you,

To soothe you.

You belong to respectful relationships.

You belong to mutually careful relationships with respectful communication,

Respectful patterns between people.

And then maybe together with your trusted person you can ask and call in your past version to join you.

So you are three now and you tell your past version,

You belong to us.

Here is a trusted,

Nurturing,

Respectful energy pattern.

This is where you belong.

You're worthy of respect,

Mutual respect.

I respect you and you respect me.

That's our energy field here.

That's where your source is.

That's where you're meant to be.

We honor you,

Respect you in your autonomy and your source and your spirit.

We respect your decisions,

Everything that you need to do for your own development and your own soul's journey.

Respect it.

We want you to follow your soul's calling.

We want you to follow your dreams and we respect that.

If you need to take a time off from our connection,

It doesn't break it.

We respect it because we belong to each other in a mutual caring connection between source and source because you are aligned with your spirit and I am aligned with my spirit.

And then maybe you can pause the audio and see what needs to heal in that or what needs to happen in that situation where you are asking your past version.

If there's something they need to release,

Maybe something they need to tell,

Address it and hold the space for your past version.

When you're ready to go out of the situation,

Return to the audio and then you ask your past version to return to the situation if they want to.

If they do not want to,

They can walk up the stairs with the two of you and you hold your hand with your trusted person and you hold the hand with your past version and then see what the answer of your past self is.

If the past self does not want to walk up,

Ask them why.

What is it that is now in my timeline that you are fearing,

That you do not want to see and have that conversation.

Try to remove that conflict so that the person walks up with you the stairs.

When you're ready,

Bring yourself back into the here and now,

Bringing your hands on top of the womb,

So between the navel point and the root chakra.

Start breathing deeply into the belly so you're creating a balloon with your belly and with the exhale relax the shoulders.

Relax into the sensation of respect,

The sensation of I am respected in my soul's journey.

I rely upon that respect.

Everyone who does not respect my soul's decision and what I am deciding in alignment with myself does not belong to me.

It's not on my path and I rest and think and relax into that knowing.
