Please be guided to lie down now.
If you have a yoga mat,
Lie down on your yoga mat.
If you don't have a yoga mat,
Maybe you want to place a blanket on the floor.
Ideally you really lie on the floor and not on your bed.
So start grounding yourself into this position.
Have your arms alongside the body,
Relax the feet,
Allow the feet to fall outside,
Allowing the ankles to be relaxed.
Start breathing in the earth's energy through the soles of their feet and then feel that heaviness of the body and allow the body to sink into the earth,
The earth's space,
Allowing to be held,
Allowing the body to sink into the support of the earth,
Allowing yourself to receive this meditation,
This guided meditation,
As well as the support from your surroundings,
From the earth,
From the earth's abundance.
So your body is by nature abundant,
It's just that we have forgot how to nurture it,
How to take care of it.
We have disconnected from the earth which caused us problems and issues on the outside world as well as within the body.
We are dissolving that now,
Placing it somewhere else and releasing that for that time of the meditation,
Allowing the organs to relax,
Invite that serenity and peacefulness into the body through the breath,
Extending the exhale,
Relaxing the belly,
The lungs.
Every exhale is a deep letting go on the earth,
Surrendering the body's weight,
The body's wisdom onto the earth.
You're being held by the surface of the earth,
You're held by society,
You're a part of this planet that functions in a whole,
In a wholeness,
As long as you connect in a holistic way to that society.
So allowing the body to receive,
Imagine receiving the support of your loved ones,
Your romantic partner,
Your friends,
Your family,
Your pets.
Allowing just to invite that energy of receiving support from your entrusted people.
If you do not have established a trust,
Invite in your spirit guides and the light source,
The higher light frequency,
Allowing it to be channeled directly to you and through your entrusted loving circle of loved ones around you.
Maybe there's a pet that with you,
Maybe there's spirit animals.
Invite in everybody that you want to have in the sessions,
Allowing your face to be relaxed.
Activate that inner smile of I'm comforted,
I'm comfortable,
I'm receiving.
Allowing that exercise to be an exercise of unconditional receiving.
Maybe you feel a dog or a pet of yours cuddling you,
Being close to you,
Just wants to give without requesting anything from you,
Just your presence is enough to give and gift to you.
Breathe in that exercise of receiving.
Receiving unconditionally.
Receiving unconditionally what is yours.
What is yours on your soul path will always be unconditionally gifted.
The soul receives gifts from other spirits and souls to fulfill its soul path and its mission and it has been assigned to receive these gifts in order to manifest its mission on the planet.
So the exercise of receiving is part of the holy life and mission assigned by source and that soul part of you that represents Christ's light,
Sophia Christ's light,
The higher love.
It's necessary to receive.
It's not only necessary to receive you as a spirit but to receive from the outside where no one is an island here.
We're all interconnected bringing each other,
Lifting each other up and bringing each other home.
Allowing that,
With that knowledge,
Allow the energy of receiving to increase.
Imagine all the gifts that you're receiving,
The smiles from someone,
The comfort from someone unconditionally granted to you,
The gifts.
Maybe you harvest something from the earth,
A garden where you have planted seeds,
A business gives you the fruits that you have planted.
Receive it in an energy of relaxation.
It's mine.
It's mine because it's given an offer to me allowing the love from a romantic partner to be received by you without your body having some ache and pains.
So the moment you feel in the process of receiving some tension in the body,
Go inside of that tension and start breathing into it.
Start releasing that.
Say it's okay that you're here but I'm ready to release you.
I release you with love because I know I'm here granted gifts because I also offer my gifts to others.
Some of them unconditionally.
Some of them in exchange.
It doesn't matter.
I am here to also receive,
To give and receive.
If there's a disbalance in receiving and giving,
We go into a state of disharmony in relationship with the outside.
So please start taking that exercise of receiving very seriously.
Practice it on a daily basis for at least 14 days so that you really start embodying a harmony between giving and receiving.
So continue that exercise.
Imagine all that gifts that want to come to you.
Maybe there's real-life gifts in form of technology,
Help,
Business advisors,
Friends,
Support,
People holding space for your emotions and then start being grateful for it.
Receiving gratitude.
Call upon all the gifts,
The help,
The emotional support that you've already received without anything being requested from you,
Just given to you.
Be grateful from your whole heartedness.
Open your heart and call upon all these little gifts and all these gifts of community,
Gifts of things granted to you,
Services,
Things that you manifested.
Start inviting this gratitude into your whole body,
In all cells,
In all cellular structure.
And then that gratefully receiving energy pattern starts to be activated within you,
In the subconscious,
Starts entering the cellular system.
And then start connecting to your body again.
So start touching your body just hug yourself and start waking the body a little bit up.
So as you have activated that receiving energy,
Start bringing it into the body,
Integrating it.
That means maybe you want to give yourself a hug.
Maybe you do circles around your belly and with the intention to integrate that new pattern of healthy balance of giving and receiving.
