Hello,
This is Sequoia of Sequoia Yoga and I'm gonna do something that I don't typically do.
This is a talk and at the end we'll have a little tiny guided meditation just to kind of bring all of what this discussion is about together.
I'm gonna give you a shortcut to manifestation and this is actually so important to me because it comes in relation to mindset work and when you're able to change your mindset to become the kind of person who manifests quickly and manifests exactly what they want,
You begin to learn that this thing comes naturally.
But when you're still learning manifestation and you're at that one particular part that all of the manifestation teachers tell you is the most important part of manifestation,
It is very very difficult to do this thing.
So the most important part of manifestation is letting go.
We've all heard that you kind of just let it work itself in the background and it'll come to you,
But that is very difficult.
However,
When you're on the other side of it,
You're a manifestation expert,
The let go is second nature.
It's just what you do.
And when you're at that place where your mindset is so healed,
It's so removed and separated from blocks,
You are the kind of person who lets go naturally.
You're just like,
Yeah I'm gonna get that thing.
This thing always works for me.
I get everything that I want and it's just a thought.
It's just a lifestyle really,
Right?
That person breathes.
Oh god,
I love that because it's so simple,
But for the majority of us,
We hold our breath and you may begin to realize and recognize now when you go back to your manifestation techniques and stuff that,
Oh man,
Not only am I like not letting go of the thing and I'm looking for evidence of it and I'm trying to see when it's going to happen,
I'm also holding my breath.
So I want you to kind of like in your everyday life,
Whenever you're working on whatever manifestation technique works for you the best,
I want you to kind of check in and say like,
Am I holding my breath right now?
But we're going to become expert breathers.
We're going to become the kind of people who manifest through breathing,
Because that is what it all is,
Right?
That's what it becomes.
So we're going to take that shortcut.
We're going to manifest abundantly and beautifully.
We're going to be the kind of people who have the mindset that we need to bring in the things that we want.
And now that I've told you what the secret is,
We can go ahead and find a seat that's comfortable.
And once you've found that seat,
You can go ahead and take a deep breath.
Go ahead and inhale.
And exhale.
Just like that.
And again,
Inhale.
Exhale.
And this is the most important part.
At your own pace,
Begin to inhale and exhale.
Feel how your body just lets go.
When you're breathing,
Your brain is still.
It's not thinking of what you're trying to manifest.
When you're breathing,
Your muscles relax.
The tension releases.
There are no blocks.
There are no blocks.
You do not experience any blocks.
At your own pace,
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
Again,
Inhale.
Take this practice with you any time you're working on manifestation until it becomes your lifestyle.
Until manifesting becomes your lifestyle.
Because then,
At that moment,
You are a deep breather.
