Hi there and welcome to a reminder to breathe meditation part two.

As some of you may recall in a reminder to breathe meditation the original,

I detailed a story of a therapeutic teacher showing me this tool and technique that I'm going to share with you on how to remind yourself and others to breathe.

As humans with human experience we have a tendency to hold our breath and some of the most beautiful things are welcomed into our lives when we are breathing.

Those beautiful things are a calm nervous system,

Peace,

The ability to let go of whatever we are rummaging about in our minds.

Manifestation happens when we're breathing and for that reason I would like to invite you to another reminder to breathe.

You don't have to do much of anything for this meditation just find a comfortable seat and at the sound of my breath you will be reminded to breathe.

At the playback of my original track I learned that I breathe at my own pace at the sound of my breathing on the track and if that is what you're experiencing that is exactly right.

Relax your shoulders and relax your jaw and all of the muscles in your face.

In this moment continue to breathe at your own pace and take a moment to reflect on how you're feeling after five minutes of deep full even breaths.

Check in with your nervous system,

Recognize the amount of peace swirling inside of you and remember this amount of calm is always available to you just remember to breathe.
