Hello and welcome to this nurturing meditation.
This is going to be a simple one where I will lead you at the very beginning and then hold space with some music for you to find that nurturing time,
Find that nurturing space for yourself.
So when you're ready get comfortable and relax.
You can close your eyes if you're able to.
Just feel yourself becoming more relaxed as you sink down into the ground.
Breathe and allow that flow of oxygen,
That flow of energy to circulate to all parts of your being.
Knowing that you're safe and that you're protected in this space,
Open up and allow yourself to receive any nurturing energy,
Any nurturing thoughts or feelings.
What kind of nurturing do you need the most?
In this moment right now.
And think of a few small things that you can do daily to cultivate more nurturing in your life.
And now coming back from the meditation,
You take a deep inhale as you return to your body,
All of your awareness,
Your consciousness,
Your spirit,
Your mind,
Your energy,
All return to your body.
All your physical sensations return.
And then at your own pace,
Take another deep inhale,
Wiggle and stretch your body.
And as you exhale,
You can open your eyes.
