This meditation uses visualization and imagery to help clear stress and tension from the brain. You will be invited to envision and accept the tension in your brain and then clear it. This practice is a tool to help cope with the stress of being human. Expect to finish this meditation feeling calmer, grounded, and like your brain just got a shower. The practice uses Guided Imagery, which evokes your imagination and uses it as a healing modality. If you feel you don't have a strong imagination, no worries!
