When you hit a major transition, a heartbreak, or a loss of identity, your first biological instinct is to clench. You brace yourself to absorb the shock of the unknown, physically carrying the exhaustion of survival mode. This meditation is designed to gently interrupt that trauma response. We will use a deliberate 4-6-8 breathwork practice (inhale for 4, hold for 6, exhale for 8). Extending the exhale is a biological anchor; it stimulates your vagus nerve, slows your heart rate, and tells your nervous system that you are safe to pause. We close this practice with a heart-opening poem to remind you that you don't have to carry the weight alone today. Let’s find some grounded flow.
