Visualize a pair of scales in your mind's eye.
One side of the scales represent your past mistakes,
The other side represents future possibilities.
With each exhale,
Imagine adding weights to the side that represents future possibilities.
Continue to breathe and add weights until you feel the scales tip in favor of a brighter future.
Understand that you have the power to create a more optimistic outlook on your life.

Let's reconnect with the sources of joy in your life.
Allow yourself to continue to breathe deeply.
Think about three to five activities or experiences that used to bring you tremendous joy.
Allow these memories to come into your awareness without judgment.
Take a moment to visualize yourself engaging in each of these activities or experiencing these joyful moments once again.
Feel the happiness and contentment they bring to your heart.
With each breath,
Allow the joy from these memories to fill your entire being from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.
Allow yourself to feel the joy,
The happiness from these memories,
And understand that feelings are simply a biological algorithm and you could play the algorithm anytime you replay a memory.
External circumstances do not matter.
Only your state of being matters and you can shift your state of being simply by remembering joyful memories.
As you continue to bask in the warmth of these joyful experiences,
Set an intention to reintroduce these activities or experiences into your life in a safe,
Healthy,
And joyful manner.
Take a moment to envision yourself taking small,
Achievable steps to engage with these sources of joy in the coming weeks.
Imagine and feel the positive impact this will have on your life as you move forward with optimism.
Understand that when you access this joy,
More synchronicities will come into your life,
More abundance will come into your life,
And you will recognize this because you are in an open,
Joyful state of being.
That is the importance of understanding that your outside reality reflects your internal state.
So we will be focusing on changing your internal reality to manifest the external reality that you would like to live in.
