Everything is changing.

Everything is impermanent.
We have the ability to choose how we wish to engage with change.
We can choose denial and resistance,
Or we can choose acknowledgement and acceptance.
Acknowledging and accepting shifts or differences in something does not mean that we are stifling feelings that may arise,
Such as uncertainty,
Hopelessness,
Loss,
Regret,
Anger,
Or sorrow.
It means we see those feelings for what they truly are,
And we are bringing them to the forefront so that we can examine them in all of its glory.
We are demonstrating our willingness to experience what that emotion means for us and our very being.
Sometimes,
It's difficult to see beyond the hurt or the suffering,
But through time,
Patience,
And compassion with ourselves,
We will get through it.
Together,
We will get through it.
Take a deep cleansing slow breath in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold for one,
Two,
Three,
And release for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Take a moment to adjust your body and make yourself comfortable.
Feel the support beneath you.
And if you haven't done so already,
On your next exhale,
Allow your eyes to gently close as you take a few more deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Notice the sensations you feel at this very moment.
Gently breathe into any areas of tension,
Feeling your body relax and soften with each exhale.
Soften your eyebrows,
Your jaw line.
Relax your shoulders down and just breathe.

Let's take 10 intentional slow deep breaths.
At your own pace,
Breathe in one.
Breathe out one.
Breathe in two.
Relax on two.
Inhale on three.
Soften on three.
Receive on four.
Release on four.
Acknowledge change on five.
Let go of defiance on five.
Inhale transformation on six.
Releasing control on six.
Breathe in openness on seven.
Releasing expectations on seven.
Letting in insight on eight.
Letting out apprehensions on eight.
Choosing acceptance on nine.
Letting go of suffering on nine.
Allowing impermanence on 10.
Releasing resistance on 10.

Become aware of how you feel right now in this very moment.
Notice any shifts or changes you may be experiencing.
Observe if your body feels any different now than it did at the beginning of this practice.
Notice the impermanence of your moods and how simple it is to adjust accordingly once you acknowledge and accept what's happening in the moment.
