Nature sounds are great for increasing focus, reducing anxiety and inducing sleep. Relax into restful sleep or a meditative, quiet wakefulness state with this 20-minute rainforest sound bath; the gentle wind sounds create soothing ambient white noise to help you fall asleep quickly. Although I created this track with insomniacs like myself in mind, this track can also be used to help you prepare for studying or other times of focus.
