You you Welcome to this brief self affirmation meditation I'd like you to sit comfortably in what I like to call a position of dignity feet firmly on the ground back upright relaxed shoulders And take a couple of grounding breaths deep breath in through the nose And out through the mouth and in through the nose And out through the mouth and as you exhale gently allow your eyes to close And in this brief mindfulness exercise all you're going to do is listen and And repeat the phrases that you hear May I be healthy May I be strong May I be safe from harm May I be free from all forms of suffering May I be happy May I be joyful May I be patient with myself May I be patient with myself May I be compassionate with myself May I be kind to myself May I be brave in dealing with difficulties I face May I achieve success May I accept my true nature May I respect myself You can repeat this exercise Or simply choose one or two of the affirmations which resonate most strongly with you It would be most helpful if you repeat this on a daily basis May you be healthy May you be free from suffering May you be happy May you be joyful May you be free from suffering May you be happy May you respect yourself Thank you for watching!
