Alright,

Today's mental fitness tip is about transformation.

And transformation is not easy.

It's change for God's sake.

And we as humans naturally are resistant to change.

Because change leads to the unknown.

Change always affects more than one person.

If you're going through a personal transformation,

It's not just you that will feel the ripples of change.

Your family,

Friends,

Colleagues,

Anyone you come in constant contact with,

Physically or virtually these days,

Will notice the change.

Some will like it,

Some will reject it.

It's during these times where you have to dig deep and mute the doubters and naysayers and appreciate the supporters and believers.

This is a struggle.

Learning who is really true and who is all talk.

Transformation is a beautiful process if one allows themself to feel the pain and bliss of growth.
