You all have heard of the butterfly effect,

Right?

Well,

If you haven't,

It's often defined as,

A small change in initial conditions can lead to vastly different unpredictable outcomes.

That's your Webster's,

That's your Oxford,

Okay?

And with the butterfly effect,

It's theorized that the flaps of a butterfly's wings in let's say Mexico,

Could cause a tropical cyclone in Australia,

Halfway around the world.

I like to look at the butterfly effect and this theory twofold,

Okay?

One is in our everyday lives,

I like to see it like this.

Any action we take causes some sort of reaction in our existence,

Right?

Any action causes a reaction.

And the same can be said for the opposite.

For any inaction,

There's also going to be a result from that,

Okay?

I like to correlate this to transformation,

The butterfly effect and my view of action and inaction into transformation.

And that can be a personal transformation,

Personal transformation or even business transformation,

Okay?

And in transformation,

A plan is important,

Right?

Obviously,

We need to plan what we're going to transform.

But the strategy,

The strategy to implement the plan is vital,

Okay?

It's kind of like playing poker,

Knowing when to hold your cards and when to play them,

Right?

Knowing when to take action and when to be patient,

Adapting to possible changes,

Right?

So life is a game,

Business is a game and learning how to play it is the most valuable instruction one can acquire,

Okay?

So taking in mind of action and inaction,

We need to get cerebral.

That's the mental fitness exercise that I'm handing you today.

Get into your mind.

We have to train our minds,

Okay?

Just like we train our bodies with physical fitness,

We have to train our minds with mental fitness,

Okay?

Create a mental discipline.

Just like you create the discipline to go to the gym every day and get an hour or two hours workout in,

You need to do the same for your mind.

Create that mental discipline.

And as I'm giving you this exercise,

You need to go to the mental fitness center and develop an invincible mindset,

Okay?

So all of these things are part of the exercise.

When you do that,

You're going to increase your focus,

You're going to reduce your stress,

You're gonna maximize your performance and your productivity,

Okay?

Strategy,

It's time to flap your wings.

Create your own butterfly effect.
