Hello my friends and welcome to this one minute reset meditation.

This is perfect to use multiple times throughout your day whenever you need to refresh your perspective or take a break from your daily tasks.

Let us begin in a standing position,

Gently closing the eyes or softening the gaze.

Feel your feet planted firmly on the ground.

Feel the energy of the earth moving through your body,

Drawing the energy up through the feet with each breath in and spreading it all throughout the body with each breath out.

With a smile,

Take a deep breath in and sigh it out through the mouth.

Take another deep breath in,

Smile on your face,

Sigh it out.

Once more,

Deep breath in and sigh it out.

Whenever you feel ready,

Open your eyes,

Feeling refreshed and reset.
