Hello,

Dear one,

And welcome to this yoni breathing practice.

Make sure to find yourself in a comfortable seated position,

Your spine straight,

Your chest open,

Shoulders back,

Opening your heart space,

Chin slightly tucked in,

Allowing your belly to relax,

Dropping your shoulders away from your ears,

Just melting and relaxing into this moment.

If it feels good,

You can take your hand and cup it over top of your yoni,

Just placing it there,

Greeting your yoni and saying hello,

Noticing how she feels today,

Knowing that however she feels is okay.

If she feels quiet and introverted,

Closed off a little bit,

That's okay.

If she feels open and excited,

That's okay too.

I'm just beginning to take some nice gentle breaths in through your nose,

Directing your breath into your yoni,

Breathing in through your nose,

Directing your breath and all your awareness into your yoni.

And on your exhales,

Breathing out slowly through your mouth,

Very gentle.

There's no goal with this practice other than connection.

Continuing this practice,

You can imagine that you're drawing up energy from the core of the earth into your yoni,

Perhaps connecting with the fire at the core of the earth.

Gently drawing this into your yoni.

And on the inhale,

As you breathe in through your nose,

Gently squeezing the muscles in your yoni.

And on the exhale,

Slowly letting go and relaxing everything.

Continuing this practice,

Breathing in,

Squeezing,

Exhaling and letting everything go.

Continuing to draw up energy from the core of the earth into your yoni and softening,

Letting go on the exhales.

If it feels good,

You can begin to rock your pelvis back and forth.

Very gently and slowly.

Continuing the breath,

Breathing in through the nose,

Filling up your yoni and exhaling through your mouth,

Including sound in this practice,

Rocking gently back and forth.

We're going to take three more breaths.

The last breath,

Breathing all the way up into your heart,

Filling your heart with this energy and holding your breath for a moment there.

Squeezing the muscles in your yoni,

Allowing the energy to rise up into your heart space.

Continue holding as long as possible,

Squeezing,

Squeezing.

Relaxing everything.

You can keep holding or you can let go whenever you're ready,

Softening all the muscles in your body,

Relaxing everything.

Then just taking a moment to place one hand on your heart and one hand on your womb.

I'm just noticing how you're feeling now,

What has shifted for you.

Feel free to come back to this practice as often as you'd like and repeat it.

It's just a short six minutes and I hope that it nourishes you and gives you exactly what you need each time.

Sending so much love and so many blessings.
