Find a comfortable position,
Laying down on the floor or on your bed.
Begin to breathe deeply,
Gently,
Fully.
Allow your breath to rise and fall like calm ocean waves.
Allow yourself to feel fully supported by the floor or the bed.
With each breath,
Allow your body to sink more deeply into the floor or the bed.
As you exhale,
Feel your body becoming heavier,
Deeply connecting with the surface that is supporting you.
Now envision a beautiful,
Soft,
White light hovering over your body.
This healing light will be enveloping you and providing balance and healing for your entire being,
Your physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And energetic levels of existence.
Scanning the body,
We will now focus the healing light energy so that you may feel it working with your entire physical body.
Take a deep breath in,
Focusing your attention on your feet.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping your feet.
Envision your feet filling up with light.
Now breathing deeply,
Focus your attention on your knees,
Shins,
And calves.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping your knees,
Shins,
And calves.
Envision your lower legs filling up with light.
Move your attention to your thighs.
Envision that soft,
White light enveloping your thighs.
Envision your upper legs filling up with light.
Taking a deep breath,
Focus your attention on your hips,

Envision your entire pelvic area filling up with light.
Now focus your attention on your belly and your lower spine.
Breathe deeply into your belly,
Filling it up with fresh air.

Taking a deep breath,
Move your attention to your upper chest,
Your heart center,
And your upper spine.
Breathe deeply into your heart center,
Expanding your rib cage.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping and filling your chest cavity,
Swirling around your heart.
Envision your heart center surrounded by,
Enveloped in this soft,
Healing white light.
Taking a deep breath,
Focus your attention on your shoulders,
Your throat,
And your neck.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping and surrounding your shoulders,
Throat,
And neck.
Envision your shoulders and neck filling up with light.
Giving your attention to your jaw,
Allow your jaw to soften and relax.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping your jaw.
See your jaw filling up with light.
Taking a deep breath,
Focus your attention on your eyelids,
Allow your eyelids to soften and relax.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping your eyelids and your entire face.
Envision your face filling up with light,
Softening.
Taking a deep breath,
Focus your attention on the back of your head.
Feel your head soften and relax,
Grounding deeply into the earth.
Envision that soft,
White light enveloping the back of your head.
Envision the back of your head filling up with light.
Taking a deep breath,
Focus your attention on your forehead.
Allow your forehead to feel soft and open.
Envision the soft,
White light enveloping your forehead.
See your forehead filling up with light.
Beautiful.
Now,
Envision yourself surrounded by an orb of this beautiful,
Soft,
White light.
See that the light is forming a lovely,
Soft cocoon of energy around your body.
Allow yourself to breathe fully,
Filling your entire body up with beautiful,
Soft,
White light.
As you breathe,
Know that this beautiful light is permeating your emotional body to heal and balance any emotional issues in your life.
Breathe deeply,
Allow the light to swirl around you and permeate your entire being,
