Welcome to the healing heart meditation.

My name is Sarah Wayne and I will be your guide.

I invite you to get into a comfortable position either Seated with both your feet flat on the floor and your spine supported or if you'd like to lie down in a comfortable position You can do so now we're gonna begin by taking three deep breaths Or you're gonna breathe in through your nose and hold it for the count of three and Then release fully out your mouth.

So let's do that now Breathing in through your nose Holding it for about one two three and then fully Exhaling out your mouth breathing in again fully and through your nose Holding it up top and then exhaling completely out your mouth.

For the time breathing in fully through your nose Holding it for a few seconds here Fully exhaling out your mouth and now just let your breathing return to a natural rhythm I'm gonna take your awareness down into your spine At the very base of your spine You're gonna imagine your tailbone Extending past your body traveling down into the earth All the way till it reaches the center of the planet Simply by your intention.

You can just say connect and connecting to the center of Planet and then you're gonna imagine that this Root of yours is as wide as your hips and hollow in the center And we're gonna place it on release for a few breaths And just allowing anything from your system that is dense or No longer serving you no longer needed in this moment.

Just allow it to gently travel down the grounding cord on this root Flushing away and now bringing your awareness Up into your chest into your heart space I want you to breathe into this space imagining that it's glowing This light within your heart is glowing bright like a Sun and with each breath The light begins to pulsate Brighter and more expanded out into your body Past your body Arms length all around you above your head to the side in the front back and below your feet You've pulsated this light out from your heart taking another deep breath in as you exhale Let this light fill The entire room that you're in the next breath in as you exhale Let this light move beyond the building or the space that you're in in as you exhale out Send this light To expand beyond the planet to the solar system out into the cosmos I'm just letting it travel in all directions on time and space and now I'm gonna come back to the center of my body And now I'm gonna come back into the awareness of your heart space now that it's been expanded and activated Anywhere in your body where you might notice some tension tightness Pressure or pain Or maybe it's beyond your body and maybe there's a circumstance or a situation in your life That feels painful It could be in a relationship with anything that is creating intense tension in your life I want you to imagine that the light from your heart Sending a beam of this light out to that part of your body or to person Or even a situation and you're just gonna see this flood of light going in that direction and just Know that there's endless supply.

It's being generated from within the depths of your infinite power Allow this light to just continue flooding as you breathe gently And slowly and seeing this light getting brighter and if you feel the need to Turn up the volume Increase the flow do so Or if you prefer to keep it slow Either way is perfect And after relaxing into this allowing yourself to breathe Just letting it run begin to notice any sensations or if it's moved maybe to somewhere else in the body or maybe the situation or Something about it has changed or morphed And just allow whatever comes up for you to be Exactly what you need in this moment to experience And as you begin to come back into this present moment Taking your hands Placing your left hand on your heart and then your right hand And just breathing into this space a few times And saying to yourself or out loud,
